Shane Studer was voted in as the pastor at First Mt Pleasant in June of 2022. He started filling in as the interim pastor in June of 2020, and he and his wife, Jena, felt God leading in their lives to stay. They have been married since 2010, and now have two rambunctious boys! They reside in the town of Bargersville.
Shane's favorite verses of scripture are Romans 8:38-39, "For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, not depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord."
The family has loved getting to serve in the church. Shane has always been open to helping in the church in whatever way he can. He has had roles such as Sunday school teacher, youth leader, music director, interim pastor, and now full time pastor. He attended Bible college for Pastoral Studies from 2007-2011.
